Who am I?
Originally from South Carolina, I moved to North Carolina to complete my graduate degree, then moved to Alabama to be with my spouse. I have been in Huntsville since 2022 and have loved every minute of getting familiar with this city! I spend my free time hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, and going to Orange Theory classes.
How can I help you?
My goal as a couple’s counselor is to help couples build communication skills and increase empathy, intimacy, and respect within their relationships. I have completed Level One and Level Two training in the Gottman Method, which is the modality I use in my couple’s counseling sessions. As a couple’s counselor, I strive to support all partners to help them navigate their relationship. I am passionate about helping couples rediscover their love for each other and enhance their relationship skills.
Why did I pick a fern to represent my business?
Different cultures acknowledge the significance of ferns for a variety of reasons. My favorite comes from New Zealand, where the Māori believe it represents new beginnings and new life. Part of the counseling process is reaching our full potential as human beings, which begins with making changes in our lives. Everyone is worthy and capable of starting a new beginning by committing to themselves and their mental health.
